The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my Easter stay a pleasant one. The room was neat and tidy, offering good value for money. The location was great, with the main bar and shopping areas of the city easily accessible within a 15-minute walk. Taxis were also readily available. Having tea making facilities in my room was a nice touch, and the WiFi facilities were a plus.
The room initially felt cold, but the under electric blanket on the bed helped to warm things up. There were some minor issues, like a slipping shower head and old kettle in the sitting room that affected the taste of the coffee.

The owners of this B&B were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our Christmas stay memorable. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We also loved the cozy lounge area where we could relax and enjoy our tea and coffee. the location was convenient as we were within walking distance of supermarkets and shops.
That the building seemed to lack insulation, which made the rooms quite cold during the winter nights. However, the beds were warm and comfortable.

The Shower Room: Taking a shower in the en-suite bathroom felt like stepping into a luxurious spa. The complimentary toiletries made me feel pampered and refreshed, as if I were being treated like a celebrity.
Breakfast Glasses: The glasses at breakfast could have been cleaner.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely accommodation just a short drive away from the center. The rooms were beautiful, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The landlady was discreet and polite, and her Irish breakfasts were absolutely delicious. She also gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to visit. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, with our own key to come and go as we pleased. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk to Kilkenny and slightly away from the noise. We will definitely choose this place again on our next visit to Kilkenny.
Liked everything about our stay 😃
